Speeds are really bad.
Wanted to post my multiple Network Timeout and Connection Interrupted screenshots, but ftp isn't working.

Be Rest Assured, these problems are with the bicycles.net.au server and not your internet connection.

Thank you for the feedback on usability. Yes - I am happy to work on optimising it to create a look and feel specific to this site and also to allow for better and broader access. You can collect your ideas (if posting / reading isn't working) and post them in the forum feedback section - there is a lot of room for improvement. For example, I want to make the Animated icons (on the left side of each section and thread) less busy - and custom.

copy post first before pressing submit

Just logged on a minute ago (7:40PM Western Australian Daylight Saving Time) and it logged me in immediately. Much faster than at lunch time to browse and post.

is it just me, or the search engine on the top right isn't working too effectively!?!?

And i have no idea why my topic post of "Any thoughts on the new Mavic pedals?" just dissappeared from the "buying bike parts" forum!!?

Nice site though! More colour would be great =D

Guess what, that Safari login problem has resolved since this current forum upgrade. I can now stay logged in again. Time to forget my forum password again. 8)

New forum looks great. Nice and fresh.
Although, as someone mentioned earlier, avatars on the right may take abit of getting used to since all others are on the left and posts need to be seperated clearer by possibly a border or use of different colours. I'll shut up now.

Functionality seems OK, but the style is horrible. Please work on getting other styles available sharpish, my eyes are hurting.

Yeah, this is a pain.

Any chance this can be corrected Chris?

The two posts below this one, by rmgrimes79 and grosy, have a timestamp approx. 30 minutes in the future.

How can this be?

Does the timezone setting in the user control panel have something to do with this?

Wierd.

Kev.

<edit> Ok, I just read the other thread about timezone settings.
Seems to be a bit of an issue.

Keep reading kev - in the forum feedback we also have the feedback regarding links (popups).
Didn't get any stockmarket tips or results for sporting events from the 'future posters' - probably would have made a fortune.

+1 on more styles to choose from. I thought it would just take a bit of getting used to, but the contrast between the different colours in this style just doesn't seem to be enough for my eyes to quickly distinguish different sections. Let me know if you need a hand in installing new styles.

Part of the colour differentiation problem can be improved by changing your LCD screen's viewing angle.

User Control panel has a 'Friends and Foes' option.

I like it!

Must say not real keen on the avatars being on the RHS of the screen.

+1 agree exactly, regardless of screen adjustments, however I'm getting used to it now, adapt to change = HTFU

Bug? Search function can't find posts from earlier time frames ie. Before the move.
