m7 cycle way training

m7 cycle way training

Any groups go out on saturday or sunday mornings for a ride along the cycle way on the m7? would love to come along as it's a good ride but super boring by myself. thanks.

Dont think there is any on Sundays as everyone is out racing

Mornings are very busy on the cycleways on the weekend. 7am-10am
