Clain Lube?

Postby Andrew69 » Sun Jun 17, 2007 6:17 pm

OK, so we have a chain cleaning thread, so this is the chian lube thread :D

What do you guys use/recommend?
Bare in mind, I ride a MTB.

Ive used Tri Flow as recommended by my LBS, but Im not really happy with it. Collects up too much dirt and grim.

Finish Line is good for off road, dry wax lube which is supposed to shed dirt readily.

This has been done to death previously.

Sorry, if you feel miffed that you've just been pointed elsewhere on the forum, but this is one of the great points of debate in cycling. You won't get anything like a consensus and I do know that many people just won't bother to post.

I wouldn't say "not very well", whilst there is a search feature, it can be a pain at times, particularly if subject lines are not intuitive or the threads get long. Sometimes subjects just don't jump out at you.

Richard I reckon keeps the URLs for those topics that get up his goat or his Europa

Andrew
