What got me was the driver seems to have knocked over the cyclist AND then run over them ... as if it was a separate action. Maybe I misreading it or the report is not clear.Mulger bill wrote:

The reporter has used the word "Incident" rather than "accident".
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

From what I read in the Courier ( the dunny paper it is ) the Girl/Lady was walking her bike with someone else.
