I was stoked this morning, although there were more people on the bike track this morning Ive set a new PB to get to work. I kept my cadence smooth, and a gear which I could get out of the saddle between gate posts and sprint. There is one part of the ride that I can go faster, slight incline for 200 metres. The ride this mornign was perfect.
Distance: 10.84ks
Time: 00:18:34
Avg Speed 34.9
Cadence 89
Max Speed 74kmh
New PB!!!

I don't wish to put a dampener on this thread, but should you be doing those type of speeds on a bike track? There pretty narrow and with lots of other cyclist is it possible your putting your self and others in danger?
I really not trying to pick, just a concerned fellow cyclist.
Martin.
