TdF Stage 12

Postby tuco » Sat Jul 21, 2007 8:59 am

Well I got the aerial cable repaired last night. Stupid plumbers!
Maybe I should send them an invoice for the shirt I tore on the sharp bits they left on the roof while I was getting on the roof last night and the connector I had to buy to repair the cable.

Brilliant picture last night.

A shame those two were caught. Got to love the little hand shakes the caught riders always give each other after 100+km working together.

Bring on the big mountains!

How do you recon Cadell will go in the time trail ?
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

I'm thinking he's fit and strong and has just been looking for chances eg the almost breakaway the other night. Tonight's tt has to be seen as a chance and I'd expect the winner of tonight to become the hot favourite.

having now jinxed the poor lad, maybe we should pray for him to come in second

If i remember correctly Cadel was 3 or 4th in the final TT last year and that is including a puncture,I think he will go well but Kloden is looking ominous!.

What is the story with Kloden? He's doing rather nicely for someone with a broken coxyc (or however you spell the word that means 'tailbone' ). Phil Liggett has suggested a few times that this was just 'good PR', which I'm taking as meaning they were spinning a yarn.
