Now that I've got my bike I'm looking for a pair of Shoes compatible with the Shimano clipless pedals. Any would be greatly appreciated!

just my personal opinion, but shoes are worth buying new and not someones soiled used ones.
Try a few shops in the CBD maybe.

Are these shoes for a mountain bike or road bike mate?

Hi, I have a pair for sale viewtopic.php?f=25&t=17279 and here is a link here for conversion sizes http://www.safariquip.co.uk/i_shoe_sizes.html. Perhaps these will suffice :?:

nice shoes wazza, pretty sure 44s are too small for someone wanting 11. He'd be looking more at 46's.

Yes that's what I thought :? until you see that he is looking for 11 US which equates to 44.5 EU according to the calculator. Anyhow it is an offer for Delz to ponder

I disagree. I got a pair of SH-R225 in good conditions for about $50. I can see how it could go wrong though!

sorry Wazza, my opinion was uncalled for there. I'm going through the sizes myself... 44. 45... 45.5. Standardised sizing? What a f******g joke.

I was after a pair of 47 shoes-there is a pair of shimano MTB 32 on Ebay at the moment.
Luckily I didnt put in a bid-instead went shopping and ended up with a pair of 48.
Agree every make and style is different.
