I picked up cold on Saturday, I could feel dry throat, I still ran B2b on Sunday, but I've been paying for it since.
My question is, with GC Tri in less than 2 weeks, what can I do to keep my fitness up?
Running is probably out of question as physically demanding?
Swimming is out as runny nose and congested?
Cycling possibly wear the HRM and keep my heart rate low, but how low? Should I just complete high cadence sessions?
Anyone got any suggestions, experience?

Rest.
If you are sick, any kind of exertion will only make you worse. If your training has gone well to this point you will not lose any fitness in 2 weeks of no training. So take it easy and get over the cold before the start of your event. I would suggest eating healthy and sleeping lots is the best preparation for your event right now.

Swimming is good to clear out the plhegm, but keep the work rate low to speed up recovery.

I'll head down the pool and just do kick sets with some fins, not pushing the lungs to hard, keep HR low, sub 100. Maybe some breaststroke.
Resting heart rate starting to come back to normal again, so I think only another day or two, and i'll ready to start.
FYI normal resting HR, 51, at my worst 68, big impact from just a common cold.

excellent
when I was sick, i had 4 days off, and my body is coming good. bring on GC
i can highly recommend walking whilst you are getting better. it's strange walking 4-5km, and taking an hour, when a run usually takes 20min, but this really helped me move to a healthier state.
i also had my hrm on at all times walking and riding on the mag trainer, and restricted the heart rate to 110bpm
