For those looking to take better photos im surprised no-one has mentioned to two holy grails of bike p0rn:

1: Pic must be taken in front of a roller door, preferably cream/beige in colour

2: Drive side of the bike must be closest to the camera

hi there,
i have a ken evans road frame that is reynolds 853 which was custom built for me i still have the receipt 29/9/97 the advertisement for reynolds 853 said it was the jewel in the crown as far as their tube sets went, the ad said it was as light as titanium. my frame has an oversized down tube, ritchey rear drop outs and rear brake bridge, fast back style stays and the lugs were made by colnago and are really small and beautiful. i chose red for the paint color which looks great.
cheers davem.

Hello Ferrari. You ought to consider submitting those pics to RIDE magazine. I am sure they would love to feature that bike with a story on the Ken Evans brand. It certainly is unique looking.

Have recently purchased an "Evolution"bicycle made by Ken & Paul Evans. The frame is made from Columbus tubing, has velocity deep wheels shimano 600 gear. the bike seems to be in reasonable condition and is a pleasure to ride.Dont know when it was built as there are no markings on the frame anywhere. Cheers Eddy M.
