hi all, sorry for all the posts lately, Ive decided to get into gear and complete some bikes that have been stalling around here + i want them ready by spring/summer season. Can anyone recommend a good spray painter that dosent mind doing frames and wont do a rush job on it like many ive heard that do, also is there anywhere where i can go to get it handlined, scrolled or am i basically stuck with the decals that are available. Im wanting my vintage bikes to be alive again in their former glory, recently got a heap of parts chromed up so once the frame is done its the fun part (putting it all together).
thankyou all
anyone know wher eis a good place to get a frame painted up

I don't know a good painter but I've got some good spray gear if you want to give one a try yourself - use it for model aeroplanes and my boats and no, I'm not a good painter myself, though I'll give a frame a go if you like.

hi richard
I may take up your offer if i dont hear of anything. I just get the feeling that spray painters at crash repairers will just treat it as a heap of metal and think that'll do. I have heard that motorcycle painters are the way to go as they tend to be a bit better. thankYou.

if you plan on doing it yourself lots of places on the net to show you how. Little Fish is one of the better ones plus it's interesting reading about her frame building exploits. Look under the tutorial for the bit about painting.
