If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

Tonight at Tempe, I set my track bike up for the 3000 pursuit. Got my world masters games time to beat

There's a video of the pursuit
http://www.cyclingmasters.tv/#93fdf839- ... etical,All
2009 Events -> 2009 Pursuit -> Event 30
Mikesbytes 3:00 in
Alex Simmons 25:45 in
I set my bike up last night at Tempe Velodrome. I can see from the video that my body is too high, which is what I suspected last night, but I didn't have any parts to get it lower.

Scratch Race Qualifications this morning
12 to qualify out of between 20 and 24 per heat
M2 - heat 1
Beanzy didn't qualify. He held bravely onto the back for the last few laps against some pretty solid riders. A great performance - well done Beanzy.
M4 - heat 1
Mikesbytes - 9th. Easy qualification due to good tactics
Alex Simmons - about 11th. Need to see the results, but I think Alex qualified, I could see him out of the corner of my eye
M4 final is at about 9pm tonight, watch it live streaming or come on down to Dunc Gray and cheer us on
