I was looking for something similar in Perth a few months ago and gave up looking for something that fitted the affordable category :( I ended up buying a set of these in 36cm width for an Alchemy 650C racer I turned into a kids bike for my nephew.

Hi. Not sure if you're looking for new or used. I ride 38s and have both the Salsa Short and Shallow and the FSA Wing Pro Shallow on bikes atm, plus an older one. Love the Wing Pro - short throw, shorter drop than the Salsa, the bar end comes back slightly more for a firm platform, and a smoother curve which I prefer. fwiw

Thanks for the replies guys...
I dont mind new or used, but given how cheap the bars are, then new will prolly end up about the same price as 2ndhand + post.
The Kallow seem a decent option... will check out the other suggestions as well shortly.... the Kalloy in a 36cm is appealing... not many offer 36s i see....

Not sure how compact you're after. I have a Shimano Pro XLT Round 40 cm handlebars if you're intersted. The drop on them is 136 mm. Located in Adelaide. PM me if you're interested.
