Anyone one here ever ridden a Culty?
Postby just4tehhalibut » Sat Nov 28, 2009 4:52 am
I've got someone asking me about this trike ( http://www.culty.de/ ) and how to get one. Never seen one, don't know who has, not sure if they sell anymore, if there's a dealer in AU, can't read German, and the website is a decade old. Anyone else?

Just an FYI to finish this thread off, I suppose.
I emailed the Culty team as I'd been asked by someone interested in getting one, I'd also asked if they sold plans as like Greenspeed's. The reply came today:
"the CULTY is available outside Europe, prices for a complete device are from 2730 Euros plus consumer / VAT tax in your country plus shipping. Shipping cost depend on the exact destinaton. No, the CULTY is not available as a kit or as a drawed set for homebuilders - soory, the risk is too high as the design is far too elaborate for such a purpose."
So that's $4400 + taxes and shipping. Sort of like when I bought my Greenspeed trike a decade ago. If this person goes ahead and gets one I'll come back with pics and some sort of review, might take a while though.
