Cycle Chic

Postby mikesbytes » Mon Dec 07, 2009 11:21 pm

Cycle Chic is about style on the bike while running an errand down to the local shops or other short rides

Mod warning: Post with style and this thread will survive, post otherwise and it will not.

of course a flannel.

Fashion tends to be a bit slow in Australia however Flannels are coming back - think Seattle Grunge. Not only that, fashion from the entire era, plus a bit before and a bit after.

Methinks some things from that era is best left in that ear though. Those sunglasses make me want to be sick. Nothing in particular against the ol' flanno though. Reminds me of all those idiots paying big bucks for 'designer' flannels, kind of killing the soul of the grunge scene, but hey if 'hip' people want to blow their money.

What are you thinking bowie... time for an Aussie Cycling Bogan version? It is going to be thongs (for your feet) galore.

Yes, the concept hasn't been invented here

Style and Bikes.... it can be done again and again and again

I like this one - fixie and converse together, not that's style

As discussed on an earlier thread that was locked down quickly, I have seen several bikes with the full chain guard and mud guard set up cruising around Adelaide.
The shop is in Pultney street in the city and has the "Cycling Chic" style bikes for the urban commuter...be they man or woman!
