Yeah, maybe the rest of us need to ride a TT bike to appreciate how difficult a bunny hop is on a TT bike. Even if it is only 5cm or so.ruscook wrote:toolonglegs wrote:Well i thought bunny hopping a tt bike at full speed was pretty cool...and totally pre planned!

Never ridden a fixie but that sounds hard. I could see some buckled rims there pretty easily.

Fixies are harder on wheels than other bikes, one of the reasons Velocity Deep V's are one of the preferred wheelsets

In other TT news, my good friend and former Sydney cyclist Dr Jones came 18th at the Open UK TT championships http://cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/Default.aspx?&ge1246__geka=0qr-ktkYrcYzPU7-JC7bf4TEQVysEdko9FNyoET_y_UVWYddlKP_Kuj9ncEpdIGgyjBZtzZYuKkOoatM5DZLvA&ge1246__gevi=bkosVTEcmXX5ekdECVvBmA&gv484__gvac=2&gv484__gvff0=55580&gv484__gvfl0=0&language=en-GB&tabid=109 in what can only be described as a strong field!
