Bicentennial Bikeway upgrade Stage 2

Ok I noticed on the ride home to a sign.Bicentennial Bikeway Upgrade is to begin in March and finish in Augest. While the sign said there was further information on the council website, I can't find it. It must be another case of putting the advertising out before updating the website( I have notice this a couple of times).
I did notice that the tendering only closed this wednesday so the tenderer only has 2 months to pull his finger out and start work.
I will post the address of this further info when it is avaliable.
