Merida Juliet TFS 100
Postby aussieorchid » Sat Jan 30, 2010 5:23 pm
After much searching for a new bike I think I have settled on the merida juliet tfs100 probably the 2009 "V"as that one will be $200 or more cheaper than 2010 model. Just checking if anyone here has one or could give me a thumbs up or down for this bike.

My wife is also looking at some of these womens specific bikes.
Are they quoting you extra for this model? Just we were quoted an extra $400 over a comparable Merida Unisex road bike and I'm not sure its worth it and looking at Meridas frame geometry for the 2010 models both unisex and womens Scultura carbon frames are exactly the same specs.

I have been quoted around the $650-$700 for this model. I have gone for the womans frame because it is more compact. In a 16" the juliet has a top tube 543mm but the unisex/mens in a 16" the top tube is 570mm and it is too stretched out for me.
