Here is hoys 2.4kw at work but if you look the bike does not bounce up at all.
How does he keep the bike from not bouncing around? Or is he not pulling up?

He doesn't allow his shoulders to move around.

Near perfect muscle timing....you can't make 2400w by strength alone...he was born with it...pure and simple.
