Where's the profile on BV?! Irritating!  Is it not full yet? A bit expensive the registration, my European standard coming out here. Edit: found the profile.  Not going, done the AAC.  Last edited by cpical on Wed Feb 10, 2010 4:59 pm, edited 1 time in total.

Its linked from the course details page. Prolly don't want to scare people off  I'd rather do the ACE. Don't like the idea of a downhill start from Falls and even less an uphill finish up back of Falls --Ken

I've seen the profile plenty of times (some bike mags i have sitting in the toilet). How much is registration?

Is that indicativeof your opinion of the mag or the profile  $150 for the full event or you can do half the ride for $120 plus another $30 for the shuttle makes... $150! Pricingedited for a laugh --Ken

I'd estimate about 4500m.
Hotham and Dinner Plain was about 2400m for a round trip. Then add Falls and Tawonga Gap

Yes, that'll be very tough, doing 10-15% for the first 2kms, after 200kms in your legs including climbing Hotham  ! I can assure you it was damned hard on the ACE. Riding bikes in traffic - what seems dangerous is usually safe; what seems safe is often more dangerous.
