I think i passed the Bilbys today out there, well I passed a heap of bikes with tri-bars so i'm guessing it may have been them. A few were struggling up the climb from Uriarra crossing back towards Stromlo, was glad I had the downhill run through there

The 3 sister was crazy, more like 3 bit@(AT)(AT)@h...
I do prefer the anti clock wise run.

Anti Clockwise is much easier, mostly long gentle climbs & steep descents compared with the reverse.

I don't - you should try stopping on the way down the hill. Hmmm.... opportunity to see if I can melt the GHP II brake shoes.

I went anti-clockwise so still prob crossed paths at one stage. I started around the same time as PP but wanted to do 100km so went it alone.

As for the gillett ride, I think I might hit this one. Sounds like a nice ride. 110kms is a nice distance. Should be able to push fairly close either side of 30kmh. I will be sure not to do the bakery bunch ride the day before, though.

Mind you I've only done the clockwise loop once and that was late last year. Done the anti-clockwise loop about 5times over the past month so maybe i should change it up a bit and then compare the 2.

Have a grumpy 6yo because I have told her that Mummy is doing the ride by myself (on a carbon roadie instead of steel touring mtb with tag-along). Hopefully it won't rain this Monday so that we can do the BCBR together to assuade her event lust a little
