One thing I was going to say was that it seems like we all eat many times during the day. I was trying to reduce the size of each meal, but I don't think I can reduce the frequency of eating as I am perpetually hungry.Unko wrote:im not loosing any weight but im wondering am i eating enought food for the distance.
But, you seem different. There are no snacks, aren't you staving during the day?
