Boonen is 82 IIRC...Maggie was 90...really depends on the races you are good at.

I have a pretty regimented diet, not good by some standards but serves its purpose for me. BTW I'm 6'2 and weigh 70kg

Today 103km ride

Pre ride 2 bowls of cereal, mixture fruit loops and either Light N Tasty or Rice Bubbles

Post Ride 3 sandwiches 1 chicken, 1 roast beef and 1 shaved ham

Arvo snack Rice Crackers (low fat)

Dinner Roast Chicken and vegies plus yoghurt or maybe ice cream for dessert

Who knows if I'll have a movie snack afterwards :D
Keep climbing until the air is too thin

One thing I was going to say was that it seems like we all eat many times during the day. I was trying to reduce the size of each meal, but I don't think I can reduce the frequency of eating as I am perpetually hungry.

But, you seem different. There are no snacks, aren't you staving during the day?

6.00pm - snack - trail bar & 2 pieces of fruit.

Night shift

Training goes out the window. I am to knackered to do anything

1.00 pm - lunch - Lebanese bread sandwich
6.00pm - dinner - feast as usual
11.00 pm - snack - trail bar and fruit
2.00 am - breakfast - Milo
