So... from Sunday to Saturday was 459.62km, and from Monday to Sunday was 405.7.

I think I might have a rest while you guys try and beat that. :P

As I said in the other thread, congrats. huge week. New PB will be hard to match. I hit 320, which was the biggest since January.

You would have to have your biggest week ever in the same week I ramp up my effort close to my PB. Props to you.

And now I'm resting. No ride today, nothing tomorrow until I race, and I might take Wednesday off as well.

Have you logged your rides? I hit out 75kms today. 40-45 over the next 2 days.

Goodie, goodie!!!

I'm about 70 behind, but I have my boy the next two days, so only 40 odd with the trailer. Its neck and neck. Is anyone else as excited as me?

Why the slow down? Recovery week? Where do you race?

Why the slow down? - basically burnt out, my form has been slipping since December, I couldn't even crack 1Kw in the sprint yesterday.

Three races left in the season... two crits, one road race. I'll be out at Stromlo tomorrow night for the crit. I need to win the two crits and place well in the road race to stay in medal contention for the club championship - not going to happen...

Cool. I have been weighing up Vets vs CCC. I want to do a bit of racing, but have heard too many shocker stories about the Crits. Rather do some road. I think I would be better with some hills and some distance.

Vets is good - I've only seen two crashes in 15 months. CCC is scary.
