Chukker rims for aerodynamics with 23/25 mm tyres

So you might have heard about Zipp and others making wider rims that more closely match the tyre width to increase aerodynamics.

Has anyone heard of or considered using Velocity Chukkers to get better aerodynamics with 23 and 25 mm tyres? The Chukkers are 24 mm wide (external width) whereas the normal velocity rim width is 19. They are pretty heavy though at 650 g per rim in 700c size.
The other consideration is that at 24 wide and 32 deep with a straight braking sidewall, the taper is quite steep and possibly not very aero. I know these are marketed as tough wheels for polo players, but that doesn't mean they don't have other applications.

I've got some Miche track hubs that I need to lace rims to, so it's not like I'm getting rid of perfectly good wheels for a highly debatable advantage. I play around on the outdoor velodrome doing sprints and time trials depending on what I feel like so inertia and drag are both important.
