Errr... I was just stating a fact, fully realizing the reason why trackies don't hang around on a wet track.

But if you are going to give me a CF Teschner to ride on, I'll even ride on the mid-field grass field if you so direct me to it.

Dont have a track bike yet..
& I live about 10mins away from the broadmeadow velodrome so i shouldnt have any excuses
anyone got advice in getting started

They may even have a bike you can hire, like they do at a local bike shop here in Caboolture.
I have raced on dirt tracks at some Show grounds , around SEQ.

Gold coin donation and you need to have a CA license, or at the least a social training license (it's a club sanctioned training session)

Nope not abandoned, it gets alot of use I can assure you! Not just cyclists either, we turned up for track training on tuesday to find some guy shooting up in the stands - to be expected when its right across the road from housing commision

Say What ! Pls tell me it was just a teenager messing around with an air rifle and not an adult with a firearm. BTW mate, how steep are those Newcastle banks ? Just asking as i'm new to fixed and track and was kinda spooked

PS thinking about buying at Cooks Hill and leaving Inner Sydney
