Ban lifted on bikes at Perth Underground Train Station

Many thanks to all those who supported the BTA in its campaign to get the ban on bicycles at the new Perth Underground station lifted. Bicycles are now allowed in the station, but remember that the only bikes allowed on trains during peak hours at the moment are fold-ups.

Thanks also to Jim Krynen, Cycling Integration Manager, and Reece Waldock, CEO, of PTA who have provided consistent support for the cause of cycling and demonstrated the efficacy of reasoned negotiations. A great result all round, now we just have to make sure that we keep the goodwill by showing consideration and common-sense when dealing with fellow travellers.
