If I have anything left after that I'll do free weights and cable machine 1exercises set by my physio for post-op shoulder rehab, and core some strength work.
Last time I had nothing left after the spin class...

Then an hour of resistance training. Chest and triceps on Monday, legs and lower back on Wednesday, biceps and upper back on Friday.

OHP (as above)
pullups (I dunno, just cos)
core stuff (hanging leg raises, barbell rollouts, planks)
but I go even when it's not raining

This could be weights, treadmill, stairclimber, a game of squash, perving, whatever.
I find it fun to do something different, and happy when the weather improves, that I can get out on the bike again.
Foul weather stopping bike riding just emphasises how important it is to make the most of every ride, and not think that I'll take it easy today and give it a real go tomorrow, as tomorrow might get washed out.

I'd have been at 90-95% of my highest observed HR Max for 30 of the 50 minutes. My highest observed exercise induced max is 180, and I was sitting at 160-170 for the middle 30, with a peak of 175 and average of 154. The off-the-saddle bits were the recovery!
Glad I had a recovery week in the lead-up to this morning.
