If I do ride with them for the whole ride, they ask me for coffee and often offer to pay.
I don’t like them paying for my coffee as it really is not necessary. If they do, I often pay for the next round.
Being a female rider has its benefits. It is like a night out for me, my social life is my Sunday morning ride and having coffee with nice older distinguished men, and (sometimes they are younger) is keeping me motivated for the rest of the day and I am on a high.
I am a bike sl*t in a way but I really enjoy it.
Has anyone else experienced this?
(Mod Edit: Title changed to a family friendly mode.)

I need to find a sugar daddy - one who will buy me a new bicycle
I'll happily buy them cups of coffee in return, and accompany them on rides.
Not sure I like the term "bike sl*t" though. Hmm ...
bike princess? No, too Missy.
bike kitten? No, too Christine.
bike bimbo? No, too derogatory.
Ahh, got it!
bike babe!

So change it again. Just edit your first post and change the subject. Just be careful with the language...Apple wrote:Sent it to you, I can't believe they didn’t like the title, it took the excitement out of the whole thread, it now makes me sound like a diick head who thinks I am cool. Fixed gear meaning a bike with only a single gearing and no freewheel.Christine Tham wrote:Isn't "fixed" what you do to a puppy before it gets too old?

Definately not a bike sl*t though, you'd have to have the makeup, outfit and pine cone inserts for that
