Had to bugger off for a shower before heading to work. Didn't have quite enough time unfortunately. You going to go on the thursday morning ride?

Ken Self were organising rides from the shop on Mon, Wed and Thu nights, 6pm. Wed was supposed to be a faster ride I think...

Barry, had a good ride with Dome this morning, spent a lot of time up the front to try and redeem myself after my drafting effort on Saturday :) We averaged 30km/h there and back - 33km/h on the return. Dead calm. Motor-paced (um train-paced) on the way back. Beat the train handily.

Rob - nice to see you on the DOME ride. The website I mentioned was http://www.strava.com/ It's lots of fun for tracking rides and competing virtually on your bike. If you decide to subscribe let me know, I have discount 'sign-a-friend' coupons.
