Haven't done a service there but they were helpful when I was looking for shoes despite not having any that suited.

I haven't had any of my bikes serviced there but I did find them very helpful when looking for new pedals. They didn't have any at Belmont but did check their Osborne Park store for me.

Points awarded for that kind of service.

G'day

I have had Joe serviced there and was happy with the service. My only frustration with TBE is that Osborne Park is my local store, so bikes have to go to Belmont for service (not ideal) and if they have to chase up prices they tend to not bother to get back to you. Other than that they are good and I go there way to often.

Dropped the bike in for a 1st service on the thurs night and had it back Fri afternoon - they even cleaned it. Thumbs up from me...
