What tunes does he listen to for motivation when he is pedalling away on the trainer?

Thanks - I thought it was interesting to know that the worlds are not 100% planned in. I assume that he will be back stronger next year and will make up for 2010.
Don't forget to rate the article - stars down the bottom, makes me feel good when there are lots of stars - and I can also judge if it works well.. or needs work
