Hi
I am a newcomer in Adelaide (Australia even), spent most of my life in LA, California.
Just wanna say it is good that the city got alot of main roads with bicycle lanes, which I couldn't imagine back there.
By the way, if anyone can answer, is there some kind of bicycle exclusive lane here? Because I still find that in some occasions, like if you wanna ride from North Terrace to Modbury hospital, going along NE road would a nasty idea.
Thanks for answering this.
Dave

From city to Modbury, you can ride the Torrens linear path.It follows the river and O'bahn bus track all the way to Modbury.

City to modbury (the scenic route)...
head out on Glen Osmond Rd, up the old freeway bike path to Mt lofty, across to Norton and then on to Montacute, down Corkscrew , up the Gorge, up Torrens Hill Rd , across to North East Rd, down into Tea Tree Gully then on to Modbury!
