Bloody hell, I got my period this week and first it was really light and then ouch! heavy and painful!
And low and behold I put on two friggen cm's around my waiste! Because I just want to eat all the time, I'm craving sugar all the time... I think I put weight on on my hips, but I don't know if its from the new weight training... FML

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I find training helps with cramps so eat the tim and train like no tomorrow for the rest of the day. Best of both worlds there.

Yeah I'm at work for now, training normally helps, I have to agree with that

There are only two cups licensed by the TGA in australia
I bought my Diva online from the US in about 2005 or 2006, and not sure if there were any equivalents in Aus then. Licencing issue doesn't bother me. Are tampons licenced? What about pen1ses? Babies?
Just like I bought my Giro helmet from Chain Reaction at way less than half of the LBS price ($369). It doesn't have the Australian standards sticker on the inside but a Giro Helios is a Giro Helios no matter where you buy it.
The Diva is silicone which I prefer over latex (used a diaphram for years had to replace every 2y or so due to latex perishing).

I got used to that period of the month and I excepted the fact that it exists, so it's not such a big problem for me now. I act normally, I wear usual clothes and everything is fine
