Wax on wax off - possibly TMI for you boys

Decided we needed a thread dedicated to waxing.

I've been in discussion with Heidi who does my eyebrows about waxing everything off, not my eyebrows you tools, down there waxing, going next weekend.

Does anyone have any advice?

Assuming you don't have a friend you can trust and access to a General anaesthetic, Panadeine Forte is the go!

It hurts, like heck.... EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!

Having said that, the results are worth the effort
Just as a cautionary word, do NOT plan any rides for 24 hrs after the event [learn from others mishaps...lol]
Also, I have learned to love using Cetaphil as a cleanser [non-soap and no irritants]

Tried wax once, but finda that this fancy new American stuff we got from Decorators Emporium works much better 'down there' on the lower stuff like the coffee table, as well as 'up there' on the cabinets etc. It really brings out the grain beautifully.
Liquid polish over a wood wax every time AND I can ride as soon as I ve done it

Is there any special additional treatment required with a liquid polish of your wood after a good waxing? Does it leave a sticky residue?

I'd hate to try this if I thought it might leave a stain.

I wax the whole thing off, I said it time and time again.
Nothing much grows there anymore.
I make a toffee on the stove and use it.
It is lovely to ride when smooth
