There's always one... I s'pose gentle ratbaggery is fine as long as it's not commenting on the question or the response. I want a totally anonymous poll here. You DID vote didn't you? ...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

Re: Another helmet questionOk who started this thread.
I am over the helmet thing, getting a headache. A successful man is one who makes more money than his wife can spend. A successful woman is one who can find such a man.
Speak your mind,Those that mind dont matter, Those that matter dont mind!!

Re: Another helmet question
Fair question. I'm option 2. The only time I don't put one on is the 100m each way up and down me quiet cul de sac test ride after maintenance. Option 3 would be the rider who goes au naturel for the milkbar run but not the commute ...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

Re: Another helmet questionAnonynous vote inserted
As it's hypothetic it was a bit of a guess but may well leave the helmet at home for a short shopping ride, in the park with my boy, etc. If too much info MB, feel free to delete content with extreme prejudice. Last edited by Boognoss on Thu Aug 26, 2010 1:28 pm, edited 2 times in total.
