People should drink more water and less sugary, high-calorie drinks.
That's pretty good general advice.
Dr Davy said replacing any artificially-sweetened drinks with water would also help people lose even more weight.

As a Manager with a pizza company several years ago I got hooked on Pepsi Max. Drank litres of the stuff each day, and gradually got to the point where I was hardly drinking water at all.
As soon as I stopped, my bloating subsided and my energy levels picked up no end. Having only one functioning kydney probably didnt help, but those diet drinks knock your system around beyond belief!

Me Mom's been telling me to drink water before my meal since I was a wippet...maybe I should of listened :lol: .
