Postby BarryTas » Mon Sep 13, 2010 12:19 pm

hello,

i am doing a 2 day multisport earlt October in a team. For me this means a 60km TT on the Saturday and a 40km TT on the Sunday...both flatish rides

does anyone have advice......

my training has been good as i an both training for this, a 10km fun run the following weekend and a 107km challenge ride a fortnight later so my legs have been getting a flogging...i am feeling very fit.

Make sure you load up with the right food on the Saturday night to replace what you've burnt through the 30km.
And good luck. :)

Well done mate.

Ummm, bit hard to believe they were "flattish" rides in Tassie.
