Feel Good... Feel Great! Motivational YouTube!

Postby Missy24 » Tue Jun 01, 2010 7:29 pm

So I like commericals, not the cheap crap they make in Australia, but the really good stuff from companies like Nike and I watch them before bed or first thing in the morning if I'm feeling a bit crap... its my motivation at times.

So I thought I'd start a thread and add some commercials or Youtube vid's when I find something good, sure its not women's specific... but the first commercial kicks arse.

Its one for the ladies...

Some people listen to themselves
rather then listen to what other say
these people don't come along very often
but when they do
they remind us
that once you set out on a path
even though critics may doubt you
its okay to believe
that there is no can't, won't or impossible
they remind us
it's okay to believe
impossible is nothing

Hi all, this clip is not a commercial but I find it very inspirational; particularly on cold, wet winter days when my enthusiasm for cycling is quit literally dampened. :)

This guy is not a cyclist per se but more an ultra athlete. He has a full time job and cycles 4 to 8 hours a day and averages 150 miles of running a week, plus a couple of weights sessions.

We have our very own Ultra Marathon runners on the forums JustinS007 (Justin) and his wife Sharon compete in these events as well, Sharon with the Australian women's team got bronze at the worlds I think.

Very cool people... if not a little bit nuts

I hope the below link gets you to this slide/video, of a Law enforcement officer in the USA by the name of Tony Pedaferi. Tony was a CHP cyclist and a Hawaiian Ironman triathlete, and was hit whilst on duty. The video has the sound of the radio operator and the coordination of the event. Tony now after many operations and rehabilitation , now uses a handcycle as he is a paraplegic. Motivating and moving.
