I visited Noosa yesterday, but such was the demand for accomodation i was unable to stay the saturday night and see any of the Triathlon.
Still was a really entertaining day.
Weather was nicely hot.
Water nice and cool.
Streets busy, some nice places to sit and eat and watch the passage of people and bikes.
Criterium and footrace action very entertaining on the saturday arvo.
Mens crit in particular was fascinating.
Some big names started and fortunately only one man crashed. (That was "young" Jeremy Hunt.)
Won by Alan Davis, "fresh" from gold medal in Delhi and bronze in the world Championships.
Anyway it was quite a spectacle, the whole afternoon.

It was my party event\end of the season.
I was up at 4:00am - and back into bed at 4am.
Raced somewhere in the middle.
Pure, liquid awesome.
