Missy's Custom Mixte Build
Postby Missy24 » Tue Nov 09, 2010 11:19 am
Frame has been chosen a Soma Mixte Steel Frame
Colours are Pink Frame and yellow writing in caligraphy (not entirely decided what style) but it will say Lady Rowena or maybe Missy on the down tube with LR at the front of the bike and Daisy's on the seat tube, oh yes... its going to be very personalised.
I've been given a list of painters thanks to Fyx, I'll see who can sort me out the best and we'll go from there.
Issac from BSC QV will do the build for me and consult with me each step of the way, the deal is, if the piece can be seen on the bike then I must approve it, if I can't see it then I don't need to approve it.
We will go with an 8 speed internal hub.

I know you said it's not WSD but..... it's not exactly manly!! Nice bike BTW. Make sure you get a cane basket on the front, I'm on the lookout for a nice one for my wife's Trek.Colours are Pink Frame and yellow writing in caligraphy (not entirely decided what style) but it will say Lady Rowena or maybe Missy on the down tube with LR at the front of the bike and Daisy's on the seat tube

But you are not a Lady, technically. Strictly speaking, a Lady is the wife of a Knight of the Realm and knighthoods have not been bestowed in Australia for donkey's years.Missy24 wrote:it will say Lady Rowena on the down tube

Didn't take long to get a rise out of you. It has taken you longer to return phone calls in the past, Miss-chief.

That would work if you had a Pinarello Prince. Then you only need to add two "SS"Missy24 wrote: Maybe I should go with Princess? Bit long maybe ... cosniderations... mm
