Where has everyone gone? The 'your training today' thread and the 'this is harder' thread have both dropped down from the top! Anyone want to have an interesting discussion (not realting to crank length/cycling shoes/weight training)?

I've tried pulling up on the up stroke, and my FTP has increased 150% :roll: :lol:

I had this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pilonidal_cyst and I don't know what the treatment is called, I didn't really want everyone to know what I got, but hell, its so common
