Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAY
Love the frame, but that fork looks naff on it!
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYDid the frame originally take a 28" inch rim? Those new rims look okay clearance wise, they 700c?
Projectus Distractus Maxima.
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYlooks nice, but that's one hell of a gear ratio you plan on riding.
Must be flat as a pancake where you live
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYThats what I said in Fixie Piccies.
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYI can see the idea, and I can see the appeal. Kinda slack old path rider with 700c on a frame for 28in wheels. I expect there'll be changes, those bars and stem and that brake lever would probably do my nut. Let us know about the gearing, and how it all shakes out for you.
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYChange the handlebar setup and I'm fully diggin' it.
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYbeen riding for a week now and are really digging it
i did swap out the pedals and are running little wellgo ones with a gold cage, getting the toe clips and brown leather straps to match where i live is pretty flat and the gearing is a little hard but i have gotten used to that now good runabout so far
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYheres my other riders
![]() ![]() ![]() this next one is a 1988 malvern star triathlette ridden 10kms when i got her all og except tires ![]() ![]() got a couple more run abouts too but they will have to wait
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAYLove the Malvern Star!
Re: PRETTY HAPPY TODAY+1 ^
i recently found a bike called a kenlight which had seemed to have done about 20k's and had about 2mm of dust N+1 is nowhere near enough!
