I dare say Cofidis will be at the Tour and Geox will get an invite to the Vuelta at the very least.

After reading a bit more, can't see how Quick Step managed to get a PT licence over Geox based on ethics (QS scored less points) with Boonen's indescretions over the last 2 years ...
And Ag2R getting the only frech PT was interesting as well. Wonder what the french press are saying ...... Makes Eurpcars investment in Bbox a bummer ..

UCI should have a rule or something to say that the teams must submit their name when applying for a license and the UCI has the right to release the name of the team (looks at Luxembourg Cycling Project and Pegasus Sports)
