Saw this in an ad - it was held in October this year . But makes sense: island of bike makers should have really good cycle paths :-)

The Taiwan govt could make a killing promoting themselves as the world's bike island. That is, before the mainland takes over them.

Being in the sub-tropic, it can be really steamy in the summer months. Oct is a good choice.
