A Warm Christmas Message
Postby AUbicycles » Tue Dec 14, 2010 11:37 pm
From myself and the moderator team, we wish you a warm, wonderful and safe Christmas. Look out for yourself on the roads.
We know our rights on the road though be a bit happier, more relaxed and less assertive in traffic for a more pleasant ride.
--
As the holiday season kicks in with all of the associated emotions and feelings (including stress and boredom), lets keep this forum a happy place, a retreat where we are part of a community of personalities. Lets concentrate on what unites us. Lets respect one another. Lets enjoy cycling.
In planning is a major forum (software) update and a review of member requests and suggestions (for inclusion of features).

Thanks go out to all of the members who value the forums and help make it a good place.
Special thanks to the moderators who are essentially members and sacrifice time and emotion to help keep the forums running smoothly.
Adam from Websitemanagers has also put in a lot of time to support the site / forum, thank you.

I thought perhaps a warm Christmas message (particularly in the West) might be "Jesus Christ it's hot!!!"
Good one for 2011.

+1 Have a great Christmas people. The Womble wrote:Sentiments echoed again. Have a great Christmas everyone. Who's getting a new bike this year btw?
And there will be 4 new bikes in our house this year, adding a balance bike for my 2 yr old into the mix and replacing 3 girls bikes for the other 3 girls as they really have outgrown them.

Who says I ride in traffic??? Though the 24th of January is when it becomes illegal to ride on the footpath...AUbicycles wrote:We know our rights on the road though be a bit happier, more relaxed and less assertive in traffic for a more pleasant ride.
