I have been using WKO for a while and just started uploading workouts to trainingpeaks for mobility and the big adds on the right hand side were driving me crazy...
Anyway I fluked a way to make them really small...
In Internet explorer go to View then to Zoom then to Custom and set the zoom level to 1%...it makes the add 100 times smaller and the rest of the page stays the same size.
No idea why it does this...doesent work on this site...just makes everything smaller

Personally, I'd use a browser that isn't apocalyptically bad, like FireFox, or maybe Chrome, get a hold of Ad Block Plus for FF and just use that
