I see why I haven't been that motivated lately.....lack of incentives.
Can't help. Those are 3 of my 4 favourite things and the other is cycling.
The Man must really hate the bike.

Hmm... do you ride with him? Maybe he needs a group of blokes to spur him on? All the other stuff sounds pretty good...

Do you ride in a scenic area or do the cafe latte thing at all? (yeah, I know I am not a girl, just trying to help)
I don't suffer fools easily and so long as you have done your best, you should have no regrets. Goal 6000km

Sounds like the guy has no idea how good he's got it to me.

Agreed, don't know when he's got it fantastic Maybe make the horizontal recreation a post ride warm down activity? No ride so no ride baby...

Good idea . Link his bedroom rights to his performance on the bike. You'll both be checking the weather for tailwinds then.

We need to do some partner swapping. I can't get my g/f out on the bike. Mind you she's only had crappy breakfast, the occasional cup of tea and some very average sex to tempt her. After some hearty breakfast, beer and sex I wouldn't be on the bike I'd be having a snooze on the couch, maybe that's your problem.
