Well after raiding my original board tracker pushie for parts for my orange bike, I was left with almost a bare frame again A couple of days ago I was in a bike shop in Wagga and found some downhill forks in their bargain bin - basically these puppies are brand new, they've sat on the shelf for 10+ years and just never sold and are outdated - perfect for what I want The plan is a clean and simple look with a dash of flat tracker/dirt tracker thrown in.
The new forks
Mocked up with the frame and some red brick tyres I got off ebay
And some visual inspiration

Love yer work Hewey. Lookin' forward to the progress shots.
...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

I won a state title and a round of the Nationals DH in hardtail class with a set of those forks in 99.
