Hi guys,
(Posted in the wrong section before)
Lately I have been using the Pat Jonker training program for the Mutual Community Challenge Tour but that is this Friday and after that I won't have a specific program to adhere to. I have been looking for one recently but havn't been very successful as most need to be paid for.. I was wondering does anyone have a program that they use and where I might be able to get one from?
Thanks,
Alex

Do you have an event you're targetting?

Not an event so much just trying to get really fit. I tried contacting the AIS to see if they sent any out but they don't just publically post them.

Get yourself a copy of Lance Armstrongs training book by Carmichael. I know you don't want to have to pay for a program but this book really is good. It has training session details and also plenty of tips for riding your bike.
Yesterday was an easy day.

Yep, I use the intervals especially. A mate of mine who owns the book swears by it. Angus and Robertson stock it so check them out and you could probably flick through it.
