It is also unpainted gal pipe which does an excellent job of blending in with the grey of the concrete. I'll get pics tomorrow if it hasn't improved.

Footscray Rd pathWatch out when you get to the Dudley St intersection, the powers that be have installed a new pole at the Nth West corner that appears to carry a button for the crossing lights. It's only a shorty and it's right in the middle of the two way kerb cut

Re: Footscray Rd pathMy bad. Looks like they moved it about a metre, into the stream of traffic. Why couldn't they put the button for the lights on the lamppost which is right there? This thing is a hazard.

Re: Footscray Rd path
shaun, did you mean the south-west corner? they took one out of that corner, but seem to have recently replaced it in a similarly perilous position to which you described.
Re: Footscray Rd pathwhat is it with these people ..
Is it possible to put a picture up of the hazard ? ![]()
Re: Footscray Rd path
Well I make it the NW corner according to Google maps I hope the link works. I tried getting pics GLC but my phone cam is a shocker at night. Will try for a daylight shot tomorrow.
