Hi everyone,
spoiled myself last year and got a new bike and decided to start commuting, and i have to say, i love it.
Everyone is so friendly and there is a real camaraderie out there. Having always run, and been a runner who says 'hello" to people, i am constantly pleased and surprised about how friendly other riders are!
i have been telling everyone who listens, that cycling is the way forward!
i am now thinking of joining a club, doing some proper training, and even spend evenings trying to work out longer ways to get to work!
i Love it!
I love 'youse all

..... errr I've not met a 10spd with a reverse yet, so you won't get an argument from mewonton wrote:i have been telling everyone who listens, that cycling is the way forward!
Yes, it's very much the same is motorcycling. Both groups are a very small percentage of the general population, are the most vulnerable road users and that promotes a sense of unity...
The one thing I don't understand (doing both myself) is why a lot of motorcyclists don't like cyclists.... Maybe they're just tossers
Are so now you don't work to live, you work to ride and ride to work
